Julie Zemke, CMC, CMFA

City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Zemke was appointed as City Clerk in February 1991.  In 1994, the position of City Treasurer was added to her duties.  Julie is a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC),  the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks,  the Oakland County Clerk’s Association, the Municipal Treasurer’s Association of the United States and Canada (MTAUS&C), the Michigan Municipal Treasurer’s Association and the Oakland County Treasurer’s Association. Julie received the title of Certified Municipal Clerk in 1996 by the IIMC and received the distinction of Certified Municipal Finance Administrator in 2001 by the MTAUS&C.
