The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals from any administrative decision, regulation found in the City's Zoning Ordinance or interpretations of the City Code.  The ZBA is independent of City Council and has the authority to grant variances to property owners.  Appealing ZBA decisions is done through the Circuit Court.

ZBA meetings are held at City Hall the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
