Total
cost to the City including Planning Consultant, Engineering and legal services,
plus administrative costs incurred in the processing of the plan in excess of this
fee schedule will be paid by the applicant.
If
the developer decides to withdraw his/her project, only the balance of the
review fee for which services have not been rendered will be refunded, less the
15% administrative charges.
Construction
and landscaping plan review and inspection fees not included that occur will be
the responsibility of the developer.
